Join Dr Cara Conroy-Low and her meditation colleagues for weekly meditation classes on Thursday evenings at 7pm.
Meditation is a wonderful tool to develop, calm, awareness and focus. It reduces stress, anxiety and depression, and over time, allows the nervous system and physical patterning to reestablish in health.
Cara is co-teaching the Buddha’s Tool Belt meditation series with Evangelos Diavolitsis and Maya Lewandowsky from February through June 2017.
Join us every Thursday night for some peace of mind and nourishment of heart. Together we will build The Buddha’s Tool Belt of awareness, calm and compassion. We will investigate ancient wisdom teachings and discover ways to make them applicable to our modern lives. We invite you to come with an open heart, open mind and investigative curiosity.

This series is offered through the ancient practice of “Dana” or generosity. The teacher offers the series without any expectation of compensation, as an act of trust and generosity.
