Furthermore, the foods that are in season also tend to be the ideal foods for complementing and balancing the environmental conditions of each season. For example in the heat of the summer, cooling fruits are also available in abundance.
So, what about the fall or the autumn? It is drier, and getting cooler. In Chinese medicine we consider it the time to take special care of our lungs, which don’t particularly like dryness. Lets start with one thing – what is the best fruit to eat in the fall?
